Tim is a highly qualified accountant and advisor with over 20 years of experience in all areas of taxation, accounting and consulting.

​

Tim is recognised by the Tax Institute of Australia as a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), and holds a Chartered Accountants (CA) designation with a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ).

​

In addition, Tim holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Accounting and Electronic Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.

 

Tim also holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is an Associate member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).

 

Further, Tim is designated as a CA SMSF Specialist Advisor through CA ANZ and the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and also holds a Certificate of Public Practice (CPP) with CAANZ.

Tim has studied Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies with University of California, Berkeley.

Tim is also qualified as an SMSF Specialist Advisor with the SMSF Association.

 

Tim is a registered tax agent through the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

Tim is a member of the Australian Shareholders Association (ASA).

Tim is a Certified Advisor with Xero and has vast experience is systems including MYOB, Reckon, Quickbooks, Supermate, BGL and Class Super.

Tim's key area of expertise is in developing accounting & taxation strategies for family groups incorporating family businesses and investment entities. Tim also has a keen interest in understanding your business systems and leveraging technology to simplify processes, cut down on manual tasks and provide more insightful data on your business  and investment performance.

Additionally, Tim excels in providing advice to Self Managed Superannuation Fund trustees on matters such as contribution strategies, Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs), property investment, income streams and insurance strategies.
